I rented from Apartment Management Consultants for several years awhile back and, personally, I was very disappointed with their customer service, maintenance style, and business ethics.  Some people have had better experiences than others, though, and I'd love to talk to others who've rented from (or worked for) AMC. I'd also be more than happy to be available to anybody who is thinking about renting from AMC (or any other property management company, for that matter) and wants suggestions for how to make the most out of their experience. After years of renting
